Student Records Office serves several functions within Medical Student Education. Maintaining student records in the detail required for medical students is central to our operation.
In addition to record keeping, we coordinate various academic aspects of the medical programs, including working with advisors and scheduling electives and clerkships. Important administrative functions include the guest students program and NBME exams.
Current students can update their addresses and view schedules and grades in the MSAS Portal.
Call or schedule an appointment. The offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
