Downtown Ransom Place Home
Sublease Mid-March—> Mid-July (flexible)
I have a master bedroom for sublease in the Ransom Place neighborhood very close to IUPUI’s campus. Campus is a 5-8 min bike ride and about a 15 min walk. The home is very well kept up and currently houses two second year medical students, one second year physical therapy student (me), and a young working professional (my younger brother) who is often studying for his actuary certification exams.
The bedroom I am subleasing is on the top level. The room is very large and has large windows facing west. Attached to the bedroom is a large bathroom with separate spaces for a sink with plenty of counter space and the shower/toilet. One of the medical students who lives on the main level shares the shower with this bedroom. There is external access to the shower and toilet and a door that separates the sink from the shower and toilet. This allows total privacy always.
The bedroom also has a very large closet with plenty of space. There is plenty of storage throughout the house/garage as well.
One of the medical students has a medium sized dog named Lexi. She is very cute and loves walks and treats! Lexi does not ever bark at night and has been an awesome dog to live with.
The house has an external garage where we keep our bikes and two cars. The other two cars are parked right outside of the home in our lot. We also have one parking pass to park on the street if needed.
Our home is right across the street from the cultural trail. Easy access to NIFS, campus, the canal, and many other parts of downtown.
I am hoping to move out in order to move in with my fiancé. This has been a wonderful place to live as a student. This would be a great place to stay if you are from out of town and don’t know the area. It would give you a chance to live someone convenient as you scope out Indy for more permanent stay!
