MD Student Events Submission Form

Events submitted through this form will go through a brief approval process and then be uploaded to the IU School of Medicine Events Calendar.

When submitting events, please consider the following to ensure a quick approval process:

  • The event dates do not conflict with several other student events already taking place.
  • The event has a Zoom link associated to allow for statewide participation.
  • Off-campus events have completed the necessary liability waivers.
  • In-person events have received prior approval through the Co-Curricular Event Review Process and any applicable host campus requirements

Approval Times: Events will be approved and uploaded Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Please plan accordingly.

Who can submit: Students, staff, and faculty can submit events, but events must have students in mind as the target audience.
